My filming journey kicked off chasing my mates through snow and mud with a camera in hand. From snowboarding edits and downhill runs to filming tourism campaigns and co-producing a GoPro skate film that screened in LA, I’ve always been drawn to real, fast-paced, unscripted moments.

Then weddings came along — and I never looked back.

Over the past 11 years, I’ve filmed more than 220 weddings across New Zealand, from intimate elopements on windswept cliffs to luxury Queenstown celebrations with guest lists full of celebrities. No matter the size or setting, my approach stays the same: keep it relaxed, be in the moment, and craft a film that feels real — not staged.

I shoot with a Netflix-approved cinema camera setup, but gear means nothing without a good story. That’s what I’m here for — to capture the laughs, the tears, the chaos and calm, and everything in between.

I’m based in sunny Mapua with my wife Laura and our two boys, and I travel all over NZ (and beyond) filming weddings for couples who want something timeless, honest, and a little bit epic.
